Latest Trends in FEI

ERP decisions rarely fail because of features. They fail because of fit. For CFOs and finance leaders, the real challenge isn’t choosing between Oracle NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Rather, it's understanding which system aligns with how your business actually operates today and where it needs to go next.

Architecture, reporting flexibility, global capabilities, and AI have evolved beyond technical details. In today's climate, they shape how your team works, scales, and makes decisions.

Join an exclusive gathering of finance and technology executives for a practitioner-led conversation designed to bring clarity to that decision. This session dives deeper than surface-level comparisons to unpack real-world use cases, industry-specific strengths, and the tradeoffs that matter most.

Expect candid insights, practical evaluation frameworks, and a room full of peers working through the same high-impact choice.

Oracle NetSuite vs. Sage Intacct will be held at the Wells Fargo Innovation Center in Menlo Park on Thursday, May 7th, from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm Pacific.

Reactive Is Not a Strategy: What Risk Management Maturity Means for Your Bottom Line

When a regional bank in the southeastern U.S. weathered a major hurricane — power out, communications severed, competitors scrambling — it became the first financial institution in the region to reopen. The difference was not capital reserves or market position; it was a mature enterprise risk management (ERM) framework and a tested business continuity plan executed under pressure. While competitors absorbed the full cost of extended downtime, lost customer trust, and emergency recovery spending, this bank had converted a potential crisis into a competitive advantage.

That outcome is not typical. According to the HUB International 2026 Profitability & Resiliency Executive Survey, one-third of organizations are operating without a mature, organization-wide risk management strategy. The question worth asking is not whether that describes your competitors. It is whether it describes you.

The Psychological Frontline: Mastering the Human Element In Cyber Defense

In the shadow war of modern cybersecurity, the human element has become the adversary's most potent weapon. These days, it’s more than just the brute-force attacks on steel and silicon; today's elite threat actors target the mind, employing social engineering, deepfakes, and psychological manipulation to breach even the most formidable digital fortresses.

Cyber Human Defense is not merely an upgrade; it is a paradigm shift — a strategic imperative for financial institutions where trust is currency, and every employee is a potential, unwitting gateway. Wells Fargo released a white paper that illuminates the modern threat landscape, dissecting the psychology of deception, revealing the true cost of human-driven breaches, and charting a course through proven frameworks.

Through gripping, real-world case studies — from the social engineering that crippled a casino to the insider manipulation at a cryptocurrency exchange — Wells Fargo experts reveal a pattern of attacks that bypass technology to target human trust. They, then, provide the blueprint to defend against them.
