Celebrating 50 Years of FEI Silicon Valley!
2026 marks FEI Silicon Valley’s 50th Anniversary! We’re excited to celebrate this incredible milestone with our Members, Partners, and friends throughout the year.
The celebration will culminate in April with a special 50th Anniversary Casino Night, and we’re making it a night to share — significant others are invited! More details will be coming soon.
But we’re not waiting until April to start celebrating! At each Keynote event leading up to our anniversary celebration, we’ll hold a special 50th Anniversary Raffle, with one lucky attendee taking home a $50 bottle of wine.
50 years of connections, leadership, and community — and plenty to celebrate!

Latest Trends in FEI
We are pleased to present the Financial Officers Forum (FOF), a virtual peer exchange created for senior finance leaders who want practical perspective on the challenges shaping their work today.
FOF brings together CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, consulting CFOs, and trusted advisers for a confidential, Vistage-style discussion. Rather than a traditional presentation, the forum is driven by participant questions, current business situations, and the real issues finance leaders are navigating across industries. You will leave with candid insights, tested approaches, and ideas you can put to use immediately.
Previous conversations have covered accounting-system selection for small businesses, the benefits and tradeoffs of PEOs, compensation for small-company board members, ASC 606 audit experiences, and SaaS measurement and internal-reporting practices. It is a valuable opportunity to compare notes with peers, hear what consulting CFOs are seeing in the market, and gain perspective beyond your own organization.
Come prepared to contribute. Submit a question during registration, bring a challenge or experience to share, and join fellow FEI Silicon Valley Members and Partners for a timely, candid discussion of the issues that matter most to today’s finance leaders.
Financial Officers Forum (FOF) will be held virtually on Friday, September 25th, from 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm Pacific.

Join us for Lunch and a Discussion!
Today’s CFO does far more than manage the numbers. As companies scale, raise capital, prepare for the public markets, pursue M&A, or position for an exit, finance leaders help shape the decisions that define what comes next.
Join us on September 15th for a must-attend panel that brings together experienced CFOs and finance leaders who have guided organizations through private financings, IPO readiness, acquisitions, and other pivotal moments.
Hear real-world lessons from Matt Padfield (SambaNova), Mahesh Karanth (Sonatus), and Karen Moran (Wellth) on building a finance function that scales, navigating complex capital and transaction decisions, strengthening relationships with boards and investors, and preparing for opportunities long before a formal process begins.
Whether you are planning a transaction now or laying the groundwork for future growth, join the conversation to gain the strategic perspective, practical insights, and leadership tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
People, Payroll, and Profitability: What Every Finance Leader Needs to Know Before a Transaction, System Change, or Hyper-Growth Event will be held at BPM in San Jose on Tuesday, September 29th, from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Pacific.
