Latest Trends in FEI
The first Financial Officers Forum (FOF) of 2026 takes place this Friday, and we’re looking forward to starting another year of insightful discussions and meaningful connections. Last year’s sessions brought together an incredible group of financial leaders, and the strong participation and enthusiasm made each meeting a resounding success. We’re excited to keep that momentum going and continue building a space for collaboration, learning, and fresh perspectives.
Artificial intelligence remains one of the most frequent and fascinating points of discussion at our FOF gatherings. As CFOs and finance executives explore the opportunities and challenges of AI, this venue is the perfect arena to field your most in-depth questions.
Financial Officers Forum will be held virtually on Friday, February 6th, from 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm Pacific.

FEISV Happy Hour - 2 Weeks Away!
Some of the best ideas in finance start with an unexpected conversation. Join us for the FEI Silicon Valley Happy Hour, where Members and Partners come together in a relaxed setting to exchange insights, stories, and perspectives that don’t always surface in the boardroom.
This gathering is about more than networking. It’s about connecting with people who challenge your thinking and expand your view of what leadership in finance can look like. We hope you’ll join us for an evening that balances thoughtful discussion with genuine connection.
FEI Silicon Valley Happy Hour will be held at the Wells Fargo Innovation Center on Wednesday, February 18th, from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm Pacific.

Join New FEI SV Networking Group
FEI Silicon Valley (FEI SV) launched a networking group in September 2025. We have approximately fourteen CFO members and partner sponsors in the networking group. The participants have found the networking group helpful, especially with the use of “troikas,” which are groups of three who get together to find out more about each of their businesses and how they may be able to help each other through referrals. If you aren’t familiar with networking groups, the following is some information that explains how they work.
Networking groups work by bringing professionals together to build relationships, exchange knowledge, and generate opportunities like leads, partnerships, and mentorship through regular meetings, events, and shared resources, fostering a supportive environment for mutual business growth, often through structured introductions, casual mingling, and specific referral systems.
Core Mechanisms
- Relationship Building: The primary goal is to form connections based on trust and credibility, not just direct sales.
- Information Exchange: Members share industry insights, best practices, and market trends through meetings, workshops, and seminars.
- Referral Systems: Members actively refer business to each other, creating a pipeline of potential clients.
- Mutual Support: Groups provide a platform for collaboration, mentorship, and problem-solving.
- Increased Visibility: Active participation boosts members' presence and reputation in their fields.

Winning and Retaining Finance and Tech Talent
In a market where top finance and technology talent defines competitive advantage, attracting and retaining the right people has become a critical challenge for today’s business leaders. Join an expert panel for an engaging discussion on how organizations are reimagining talent strategies to meet evolving workforce dynamics, achieve stronger alignment with business goals, and build teams that can thrive in an era of rapid change.
This conversation will explore how data-driven insights and integrated approaches are transforming the way finance and technology leaders attract, develop, and retain top performers.
Attendees will gain actionable perspectives on connecting talent management with organizational strategy, building evidence-based programs that drive results, and shaping a workforce ready for the future. This is a must-attend session for leaders who view talent as their organization’s most valuable strategic asset.
Winning and Retaining Finance and Tech Talent will be held at JPMorgan Chase in Palo Alto on Wednesday, March 4th, from 5:00 pm- 8:30 pm Pacific.
