Joseph P. Winters
J.P. Morgan; Managing Director

Joe joined J.P. Morgan in September 2016 as a Managing Director in the firm’s Regional Investment Banking Group, responsible for the Western Region. Joe started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1998 after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Business Economics. He worked as an analyst for three years in the Firm’s Global Power and Utility Group and Global Capital Markets Group. From 2001 to 2003 he attended Stanford Business School where he earned his Masters in Business Administration. He returned to Morgan Stanley in 2003 and worked in the Firm’s Western Region Investment Banking Group in San Francisco where he was responsible for managing relationships with companies in a range of sectors including general industrials, consumer and retail. Most recently, Joe was a Partner at DBO Partners, a boutique investment bank

Joe currently resides in San Mateo, California with his wife Megan and three children

Robert Garrett

Robert is the Executive Director – Treasury Sales Group Manager responsible for leading the Middle Market Treasury Sales teams for the Western states and specialized industries, nationally. Robert has been in this role since October 2014 and focuses on Treasury Sales’ partnership within the Commercial Bank to develop and enhance client relationships. Chase's Treasury Services delivers cash management, liquidity, commercial card and merchant services that resolve the working capital and efficiency challenges faced by financial professionals today.

Prior to his current role, Robert led the California Treasury sales team. He joined Chase in 2009 as a Treasury Relationship Sales Officer in the Los Angeles market and also served on the board of the Southern California Association for Financial Professionals.

Robert has 20 years of banking experience with retail, small business, middle market, large corporate, and Federal government clients. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. 

Robert holds a private pilot license with an instrument rating. He is a native of Southern California and lives with his wife in San Francisco.


Adam Prescott

Adam is an Executive Director for JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Bank where he serves as a Relationship Executive to Middle Market and Multi-National firms with operations in Northern California. He joined J.P. Morgan Chase in 2008 as a Relationship Banker with the Dallas Middle Market Commercial Bank. He relocated to San Francisco in 2011 to assist in building the firm’s Commercial Banking presence on the West Coast.

Adam began his career with GE Capital where he originated asset-based, cash-flow, leveraged finance, and structured leasing debt transactions for mid and large corporate clients throughout Southwest United States. Prior to his career in banking, Adam worked in the internet marketing and search engine optimization industry and owned his own business. Adam is a Board Member of both the Bay Area Chapter and the Silicon Valley Chapter of Finance Executives International.

Adam earned his MBA in General Management from The SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Minor in Philosophy from The Ohio State University where he also served as the Drum Major of The Ohio State University Marching Band. Adam resides in San Francisco with wife and two children.
