Dan Winter, Assurance Partner, BPM.

With more than ten years of experience in public accounting, Dan has served a variety of technology industries including, FinTech, software, internet media, SaaS, networking equipment, semiconductor and life sciences. Dan spearheads the firm’s Technology Industry Group and is a leader of the Technical Committee. Dan earned his SCS in Finance at Santa Clara University.

Rick Brounstein, National Technical Accounting Partner, Hardesty LLC.

Rick brings over 25 years of CFO-level experience including Big-4 CPA experience, IPO experience, and sitting CFO experience for smaller public companies. Rick has been the president of FEI-Silicon Valley and served at the national level where he was appointed to the SEC Advisory committee for Smaller Public Companies. Rick earned is BA in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.

Bryan Rhody, Advisory Director, BPM.

Bryan has more than 17 years of management and consulting experience in both technology and business operations. His background steams from hands-on experience implementing and configuring large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Bryan has played a key role in hundreds of ERP implementations of NetSuite, JDEdwards, and PeopleSoft for a variety of industries. He earned is BA in Account from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.



Bob Worthington, Managing Partner, Hardesty LLC.

Bob brings over 25 years of operating and financial leadership experience including Big-4 CPA, venture-backed and public technology company experience. He has led over $100m of venture and bank financing and six successful M&A transactions. He currently leads the firm’s efforts in Northern California. Bob earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and his MBA from UC Berkeley.
