Robert Half and FEISV's Eighteenth Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament

What could a college student do with a $3,000 Scholarship? For a CSU East Bay Pioneer, it could mean almost 50% of tuition. For a Cal Bear it would cover over 50% of tuition. A San Jose State Spartan may not have to work as many hours at their part-time job, hours which can be spent studying. A Santa Clara Bronco would have 25% of on campus housing covered. For a Menlo College Oak, it might cover books and incidentals.

It is time to sign up to play golf in the 2017 Eighteenth Annual Robert Half Scholarship Golf Tournament. Not only will your participation benefit our scholarship fund, it will also enable you to spend time with and develop deeper relations with your clients or prospects or build relationships with FEISV members.

For Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay Area FEI chapter members as individual golfers, the entry fee is $175. For non-members, the entry fee is $250. The entry fee includes golf, shared cart, practice range, lunch, dinner and drinks afterward in the dining room during our prize and awards ceremony. You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy this event – just ask Mark Muenchow.

A package offer for you:
5 prize raffle tickets
2 Mulligans, and
1 Hand Wedge.
Price: $50 pre-paid via FEISV website; $60 at the tournament

Please email register@feisv.org and let us know if you will be staying for lunch and dinner. And if you have already created your own pair, threesome, or foursome, please list the other players in your group.

Net proceeds from this event fund the Scholarships FEISV provides to finance and accounting students attending 5 local Universities and Colleges. The Scholarships are $3,000 each, so how many will you cover? We can provide only as many as the success of this event enables.

The Universities and Colleges that benefit include Cal State East Bay, Cal Berkeley, San Jose State, Santa Clara University, and Menlo College. The scholarships are awarded after interviewing as many as 30 students from among the 75 to 100 accounting and finance students that apply. The need has never been greater as you read and hear about the news of increasing tuition costs.. The awards are primarily based on academic achievement, leadership skills as demonstrated by extracurricular activities, and career plans in the finance and accounting fields.
