Jim Rottman, Co-Founder and Practice Leader of AccelPeople, and Nancy Erba, CFO of Infinera, will discuss Leading in a Diverse and Inclusive World.
As a Diversity & Inclusion expert, Jim will lead our discussion — including what it means to be an inclusive leader, how to be an inclusive role model to other leaders and managers in your company, and other D&I topics. Jim is the Co-Founder and DEI Practice Leader of AccelPeople, which focuses on helping companies radically build inclusive and diverse workplace cultures. Prior to AccelPeople, Jim served as the Global Head of Inclusion, Equity and Diversity of Roche (OTCQX:RHHBY) from 2014 to 2020; People and Culture Director of Genentech (NYSE:DNA) from 2011 through 2014; and Vice President of Human Resources, Workplace Innovation, of American Express (NYSE:AXP), from 2006 through 2011.
Since 2019, Nancy Erba has served as the CFO of Infinera (NASDAQ:INFN), a provider of Intelligent Transport Networks. She is also on the Board and is member of the Audit Committee of PDF Solutions (NASDAQ: PDFS). Nancy previously served as CFO of Immersion Corporation (NASDAQ:IMMR) from 2016 through 2019, and spent over 15 years at Seagate Technology in numerous executive roles, including Vice-President of Finance, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis; Division CFO; and Senior Director of Investor Relations.
