The Work Revolution
Technology and globalization are increasing the pace of workforce change. In just a few years, a third of the skills needed in our workforce will be brand new. Traditional models of hiring—job boards, LinkedIn, temp and creative agencies—no longer provide the agility businesses need to get work done.
We’re at the brink of a technological revolution that will fundamentally change the way we work and live. As the Fourth Industrial Revolution unfolds, it forces change on companies. In this session, we’ll discuss the disruptive impact of technology on finding, hiring, and working with the best talent and how companies can use technology to their advantage.
