Ken has over eleven years of professional experience advising clients on accounting, finance and business processes. For over eight years, he has exclusively performed transaction advisory services to middle-market clients. During that time, Ken worked on approximately 175 buy- and sell-side transactions advising both private equity funds and strategic investors. His transaction advisory and financial due diligence experience includes identification of key deal issues, quality of earnings analysis, profitability analysis, financial projects, cash flow modeling, internal control structure evaluation, working capital adjustments, and purchase agreement consultation. Ken has relevant technology industry experience in software (license and SaaS), online media advertising, ecommerce, and life sciences.

Prior to joining Sumeru Equity Partners, Jack worked in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group at Credit Suisse in New York. Jack holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
