M&A Transaction Readiness
- This event has passed.
Zoom in to hear the experts discuss what they’re seeing in the M&A market, post-Covid 19, what sectors are still active in M&A (hint: big tech is actively shopping and closing acquisitions!), and how you should prepare your company to be ready for sale – even if you’re not currently planning to sell.
Learning Objectives:
-
- How to Prepare a Company for M&A – whether or not there are plans to sell in the near term. Why it is best to be ready, just in case…
- The difference between a well-organized sale and due diligence process, and a haphazard one, and why this matters – a lot!
- Update on current M&A market for tech companies: what sectors M&A dealmaking is still active post-COVID, and how valuations are holding up.
- Tips for business owners and company CFOs from the M&A experts: challenges, mistakes and pitfalls to avoid, when selling a business.
Panel discussion will be moderated by FEI Silicon Valley chapter member, Jan Robertson. All are welcome!
