Suzy Taherian has over 25 years of experience as CFO, COO, and acting CEO for global industrial companies. She started her career with Exxon and transitioned to CFO of Kinetics, a $500mm global engineering and construction firm – leading the company to over 30% CAGR, 5x over their peers. Suzy is currently CFO of Wrightspeed, a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer company in electric vehicle industry, serves on the board of NewHold Industrial Corporation and has taught for the past 9 years as an adjunct professor at UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

She has over 25 yars of commercial insurance experience and prior to merging her firm with Heffernan, Janice was President and CEO of J. Berthold Insurance Service and Principal of All West Insurance Brokers, one of the top five closely held insurance brokerage firms in Silicon Valley. Janice has written two books, the 80/20 CFO and Getting to Zero.
