Develop Your Presentation Mastery
- This event has passed.
Silicon Valley Finance professionals are great with numbers but are seldom considered masterful presenters. In your presentations, do you WOW your audience (Boards, investors, executive staff, your staff, etc.) or are you simply satisfied with delivering information? Are you looking for tangible ways to build your executive presence skillset? Come to a highly interactive workshop led by Ron Yu, an executive coach and Platinum Partner with FEISV. You cannot “think” your way to becoming a dynamic presenter… this will not be a lecture format but instead a highly interactive session so come prepared to practice with the crowd, get real-time feedback and have a lot of fun…
In this session, Ron will cover:
- What are the presentation delivery do’s and don’ts?
- Learn how to connect with your audience
- Create power through gestures
- Command the stage, fill space with movement
- Practice, Practice, Practice!
Ron is a high-tech executive coach with a passion for helping C-level executives grow as leaders and removing people-friction within their teams that impede business execution. His clients bring him in to confront team alignment challenges and to create high functioning teams who communicate and collaborate effectively. Prior to this and over the course of 20+ years, Ron has held executive/ VP roles in marketing and customer services for some of Silicon Valley’s best-known companies e.g. Oracle, salesforce.com, Hyperion, etc. in addition to several venture backed startups. Having an “insider’s view” to M&A transactions enables him to read the people motivations and to assess cultural fit misalignments that become the source of integration failures. Ron is also a Platinum Partner of Financial Executives International – Silicon Valley, a national membership organization for CFOs with 12,000 members across 65 chapters
