Enhancing Your Interpersonal Power and Organizational Influence

Navigating organizational politics can be challenging, no matter your position in the organization. Informal, unofficial and behind the scenes efforts to sell ideas, influence key stakeholders and increase power take place at all levels of an organization. Research shows that individuals with political skills tend to manage stress and job demands more effectively than their politically naive counterparts, and have a greater impact on organizational outcomes.  This keynote presentation will provide you with frameworks and tools to navigate and influence your organization more effectively.
