Personal Branding: How to be Heard Above the Noise

  • This event has passed.

Executives have brands just like products or companies do. The difference is many executives aren’t proactively managing their brands to effectively position themselves for career success. What does your professional brand say about you? If you haven’t taken ownership of your brand, what are others saying about you? Most importantly, does your executive brand help you stand out and be heard?

To create an effective executive brand takes a concentrated and coordinated strategic effort, one that takes thought, effort, consistency, and time.

In our Building Your Executive Brand workshop, you will learn the system, tactics, tools, and measures to improve how you are perceived as a professional. This session is highly interactive. You’ll have the opportunity to work on your own executive branding story–to breathe life into a stale bio, a flat resume, or a ho-hum LinkedIn profile that sits idle on the web. With effective executive branding, you’ll have laser-like clarity about who you are and the value you bring to others. Bottom line, you’ll stand out from your competitors in an over-crowded marketplace, while attracting the opportunities and the clients you want.

Learning Objectives:

  • What is Personal Branding Is and How Does It Affect Your Career?
  • Establishing Your Credibility Beyond the Workplace
  • Why You Need an Escalator Pitch, Not an Elevator Pitch
  • Tips for Your Resume and LinkedIn
  • Why Thought Leadership is Crucial for Executives
