Fireside Chat with Seasoned CFOs & Board Members
Learn from 100+ Years of Combined Experience
Thursday, November 1, 2018 – 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
We are excited to be invited by the San Francisco Chapter to be their guests.
Please join us for a rare opportunity to hear from seasoned CFOs on their perspectives on what it takes to be a successful finance leader in the increasingly competitive, volatile, and pressure-filled business environment. Our panelists have over 120 years of combined experience serving as CFOs and Board Members – covering a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, education, and nonprofit organizations. Our distinguished panel includes:
Bob Walker, former CFO of Agilent Technologies and former CIO of Hewlett Packard. Bob has served on the Boards of Liberate Technologies, InterTrust Technologies, Electro Scientific Industries, and Brocade Communications, and has served as Chairman of both Financial Executives International and the Financial Executives Research Foundation.
Charmaine Detweiler, former CFO of a variety of financial services companies, including New Resource Bank, OneCalifornia Bank, and 17 years with Citigroup (including serving as CFO for Citibank FSB). Charmaine currently serves on the Board of the United Way Bay Area, and chairs the Women’s Leadership Council of the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center.
Espi Sanjana, former COO of the San Francisco Art Institute and CFO of the Ex’pression College of Digital Arts. He is a seasoned high-growth, turnaround expert, having moved several companies from multi-million-dollar deficit to multi-million-dollar positive positions.
Sas Mukherjee, CFO and Chief Strategy Officer, York Risk Services Group (Moderating)
The panelists will cover a variety of topics, including growth, team and people management, leadership, and risk, as well as sharing hard lessons learned from missteps.
The panel will joined by John Hugo, Vice President, Financial Products and Go To Market, at Workday.
