Theo Rosenblatt is a professionally trained chef and wine connoisseur who resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. From a young age, Rosenblatt developed a passionate, lifelong interest in researching, preparing and sharing good food with his friends and family. This led him to an apprenticeship in Spiagetta dei Balzi Rossi in Ventimiglia, Italy, while attending culinary school in Santa Barbara, California.
Rosenblatt cooked in the kitchens of Bacara Resort and Spa and Valentino Las Vegas, before his refined palette and extensive food knowledge led him to the front of the house. Rosenblatt spent the next decade honing his impressive wine and service
knowledge as a sommelier and general manager for the Las Vegas locations of Michelin-starred restaurateurs: Michael Mina, Hubert Keller, and Wolfgang Puck.
Forever learning and always evolving, Rosenblatt shifted gears again in 2014 and joined Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in their wine division, where he works collaboratively with sommeliers at the largest resorts in Las Vegas to bring their wine lists to the next level. Rosenblatt holds WSET certifications of Wine Level 3, Wine & Spirits Level 2, and Sake Level 1.
When the work day is finished, Rosenblatt is usually found on the mats at a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu studio, planning his next scuba diving excursion, or at home with his wife and son where they are cooking a delicious meal, paired perfectly with a glass of wine.
