Virtual Chocolate Making Class
Silicon Valley Bank will ship each registrant a nice bottle of wine to drink with your chocolate!
Chef Mike will mail each registrant a box of supplies and ingredients.
Chef Mike will walk you through the tempering process and have you make your own chocolate candies.
By the end of the class you will have a full pound of chocolate candies to share with your family or hide all for yourself!!
In order to have time to ship the chocolate, other ingredients, molds, and the wine we need to close Registration on February 1st at noon. Please register early.
