In-person Mixology Class & 4-Course Dinner with Paired Tequila Tasting

Now that we are all vaccinated and eager to get back to socializing, please join us and learn how to master the margarita. The night begins with an educational cocktail class, then settle in for a 4-course dinner with paired tequila tastings.

Menu will include:

CEVICHE TRIO served on baked tortilla chip

FIRST COURSE | Chile Relleno with Manchego Cheese
California pepper stuffed with Manchego cheese covered with egg and pan fried in tomato broth. Served with red Mexican rice, peas and carrots.

SECOND COURSE | Arrachera al Oporto
Blackened skirt steak, marinated with Oporto, grilled and cooked to medium temperature. Served with poblano pepper, corn, chayote squash, cream and fresh herbs.

DESSERT | Flan
Caramel sauce, strawberries with vanilla cream and chocolate dust
