Pete is in charge of business development for the state of California. Mr. Ravani is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, awarded by the Center of Fiduciary Studies, which provides formal training in corporate investment fiduciary responsibility. In his role as Retirement Plan Specialist, Mr. Ravani is in charge of developing and implementing investment and fiduciary best practices on behalf of clients. In addition, Mr. Ravani monitors retirement plans with regard to investment performance, plan fees, employee communication, and other aspects of plan maintenance that are required on a regular basis. Pete’s main responsibility is implementing CBIZ’s proprietary fiduciary risk management process known as The Fiduciary Risk ManagerTM, which was established to help individuals manage the personal liability associated with being a Fiduciary to a qualified plan.
