Most Innovative Chapter Award

FEI Silicon Valley is building on a 40-year history of creativity and innovation by offering opportunities for our members to network, develop, and advocate. This exclusive and new award was based on the creativity of our member engagement programs across generations and interest groups such as Rising Stars, CFO Academy, and Affinity Groups.

Finance Executive of the Year (FEOY) for Large Public Companies

Gordon Heneweer, CFO of CooperVision, won the National Award after being named FEISV’s Finance Executive of the Year. His accomplishments include consistent revenue growth above market, continuous gross margin improvement, and annual double-digit operating income growth.

Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award

Kim Le, founder and CEO of A2Q2, has greatly contributed to FEISV by recruiting and inviting people of color and women to join the organization. She is also the President of Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange.

Distinguished Service Award

George de Urioste, CFO of Pluribus Networks, has had a long and successful involvement with FEI as a member for over 20 years, including serving on the FEI National Board of Directors.
